What happens if transcription fails?＋
If we can't detect clear speech, we show an error and you're not charged. Upload a video with clear speaking voice.
Are credits charged before or after?＋
Credits are reserved only after Lambda accepts the render and settled only after a successful MP4 is generated. Failed renders release credits.
Can I use portrait or square videos?＋
The renderer preserves aspect ratio using object-fit: contain. Landscape 16:9 videos produce the best result.
What if my video is over 10 minutes?＋
Currently the maximum is 10 minutes. For longer content, split your video before uploading.
